’m Keith Munden, a REALTOR® with CENTURY 21 Everest and a lifelong Davis County resident. I help buyers and sellers throughout Northern Utah, with a focus on Davis, Salt Lake, and Weber counties.
Before becoming a full-time REALTOR®, I spent about 10 years in mortgage lending. Between lending and real estate, I have more than 20 years of experience in the housing industry. That background helps me anticipate financing and appraisal issues, explain the options clearly, and keep important details from becoming surprises.
I also help buyers purchase new-construction homes from local and national builders. My role is to represent the buyer and help them work through the builder process, from comparing communities and incentives to financing, walkthroughs, and closing.
You can expect straightforward advice from me. If I see a concern, I’ll bring it up and explain why it matters. I especially enjoy helping first-time buyers feel comfortable asking questions and making informed decisions.
Most of my business comes from past clients and referrals. I’m grateful when someone comes back to work with me or recommends me to someone they care about.
